With Chaos Enscape‘s new floating licensing system, you can now access your Enscape Floating license(s) anywhere, anytime!
Developer Chaos recently introduced a new floating licensing system for Enscape. With this new system, you can now use your Enscape floating license(s) remotely, wherever you are and whenever you want. The license administrator can easily set up the license pool in MyChaos and add different users. Thus, users can easily log in with their own account information and use the floating license.
How does this work?
Workflow for administrator
- Login with your administrator account at MyChaos
- Click on the ‘Organization’ tab
- Click on the three dots next to the menu ‘Users’
- Click on ‘Invite Users’
- Add users
- Click on the three dots next to the menu ‘Floating license sharing’
- Click on ‘Enable floating license sharing’
The floating license is now shared with the all assigned users.
Workflow for users
- Download the latest version of Enscape
- Install it on your computer as a default installation so that the license program is installed with it
- Click on ‘Sign In’ if prompted during the installation process
- Login with your personal account credentials at MyChaos
The floating license can now be used on your own computer.
