Twinmotion changes offer: now temporarily 50% off!

This month, developer Epic Games is changing the Twinmotion subscription plans. Hopefully, after reading this article, you will be up-to-date again regarding Twinmotion.

Perpetual becomes Subscription

From April 23, 2024, will, Twinmotion, like many other software packages, move to an annual licensing model. This will distinguish between a free and a paid variant:

  • Free version:
    Epic Games makes several tools available for free to individuals, hobbyists and start-ups. Among these tools are:
     • Twinmotion;
     • Unreal Engine;
     • Reality Capture.
    Companies generating less than $1 million (about €900,000) in annual gross revenue are exempted from paying for a license by Epic Games. Note that this free version does come without Twinmotion Cloud functionalities.
  • Paid version:
    The extended version of Twinmotion will remain available as a paid-for product:
     • For companies with annual turnover of more than $1 million (in 4 quarters);
     • If you want to use Twinmotion’s Cloud options.
Upgrades are no longer possible

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to upgrade an outdated Twinmotion perpetual license to the currently most recent version of Twinmotion. You can therefore take advantage of the temporary offer if you want to use the latest perpetual version of Twinmotion.

Temporary offer

To introduce this transition, you can now buy a Twinmotion Perpetual License* for the price of the Annual License until Monday, April 22, 2024.

You will then pay only €369,- excl. VAT instead of € 639,- (a whopping 50% discount!) for a Twinmotion license!

* Perpetual license comes with 1 year of free support and upgrades
