Twinmotion 2025.2 Preview 1 available

Developer Epic Games has made Twinmotion 2025.1 Preview 1 available for download in the Epic Games Launcher. The official release of Twinmotion 2025.2 is expected within a few weeks, but we can already tell you what’s new:

• Nanite Geometry System – A new rendering technology that displays pixel-level detail and massive geometry counts. Manual optimization is no longer required.
• Parallax Windows – A new collection of windows using parallax techniques, making them appear more realistic under different conditions while showcasing the interiors behind them.
• 3D Grass – New presets and plant elements that break up uniformity and add natural variety to grass surfaces.
• Fog Cards – Enhanced atmospheric effects with improved fog, including customizable color and scale.
• Motion Blur – New tools for applying static motion blur.
• Exploded Views – Animate assemblies and constructions by visually pulling components apart, making structure and relationships clearly visible.
• VCam (Early Access) – Connect Twinmotion with the Unreal VCam app on Android / iOS and control the virtual camera in your scene simply by moving your mobile device.
• And much more improvements to existing tools (see release notes)!

Twinmotion 2025.2 Preview 1 is available free of charge to all active users via the Epic Games Launcher. If it is not yet available, please log out, restart the Epic Games Launcher, and log back in.
