Faster render workflows with V-Ray for Blender Update 2
V-Ray for Blender Update 2 is now available with support for macOS and Blender 5, distributed rendering, and new AI features.
Chaos has released V-Ray for Blender update 2. With various AI features and support for macOS and Blender 5.0, among other things, you can take your visualization workflow to the next level.
What’s new
- V-Ray for Blender is now available on macOS;
- V-Ray for Blender now supports Blender 5.0;
- Use the AI Enhancer (beta) to improve the realism of vegetation, people, and terrain;
- Convert photos of real-world materials into photorealistic materials using the AI Material Generator (beta);
- With a single click, transform low-resolution images into high-quality, presentation-ready visuals using the AI Upscaler (beta);
- Leverage Distributed Rendering to have multiple computers contribute to large projects or projects with tight deadlines;
- Use V-Ray Fur to create naturally looking carpets or grass surfaces;
- Render all objects in a scene with a single material for purposes such as lighting analysis or clay and wireframe renders.

If you are new to V-Ray, you can request your demo version via the supplier.
If you already use V-Ray, go to your personal page on the Chaos website to obtain the latest version of V-Ray.
