Your Profile
  • You have a knack for computer technology, both Windows and macOS.
  • You are interested in 3D design software and learn quickly (or you’re already skilled).
  • You’re curious and love to dig deep into problems.
  • You enjoy puzzles, solving issues, and sharing your knowledge.
  • You are service-oriented and patient. Helping people comes naturally to you.
  • You have strong communication skills, are commercially aware of your customer interactions, and are always professional.
  • You are proactive and work independently at an HBO thinking level or higher.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility; for you, a promise is a promise.
  • You enjoy being part of a team but are also capable of managing your own work.
  • Background knowledge in construction, architecture, or product design is a plus.
Your Workday

Support is provided via email, phone, or video calls. Collaborating with colleagues, product knowledge is applied to develop training, webinars, demos, and marketing materials. Training sessions, both online and offline, are conducted to teach customers the ins and outs of our software, whether at our office or the customer’s site.

An initial fixed-term contract for 24-32 hours per week.

We are Design8 bv in Tiel, an importer and distributor of 3D Design and Visualization software, primarily for the Benelux region. We provide training and technical support for all the products we sell (SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Rhino, 3DExperience, and many more). Thanks to our personal approach, quick response times, and in-depth technical product knowledge, we have an excellent reputation among our end-users, resellers, and suppliers in the Benelux and beyond.
